Ballot Lottery to be Held - 4/06/2004
Urbana, IL—Champaign County Clerk, Mark Shelden announced today that a lottery will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2004, at 11:10 a.m. at Central High School, 610 W University Ave, Champaign, Illinois. Please check in with the school office for directions. The lottery will determine the order in which the major political parties will appear on the November 2, 2004, General Election ballot.
Ms. Allysson Magno, the youngest registered voter to vote in the last election, will be drawing the designated political party from the hat.
